Serving Virginia

Therapy That Comes to You, Anywhere in Virginia

I provide secure telehealth therapy to women throughout Virginia, from Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Northern Virginia to Roanoke, Blacksburg, and the southwest communities near my home region. Wherever you are in the Commonwealth, specialized care is a video call away.

From Southwest Virginia communities near my home region to Roanoke, Blacksburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Northern Virginia, I work with women across the Commonwealth who want specialized, private support. In many parts of Virginia, therapists with focused training in women's sexual health are scarce, and for women in smaller or close-knit communities, discretion can be the deciding factor in whether they reach out at all.

Telehealth removes both barriers: you get specialized care and complete privacy, from your own home, anywhere in Virginia.

All sessions are held through secure, confidential telehealth. You'll need a private space, a device with a camera, and an internet connection, that's it.

Fees & Getting Started

Some insurances are accepted; however, private pay is encouraged. Oftentimes insurance companies will dictate and limit the care a client receives. The private pay rate is $125 for a 50-minute session. There are a limited number of discounted sessions available. Every client begins with a free 15-minute consultation, and a Good Faith Estimate is available under the No Surprises Act.
